  • 7. Governance

    This is an often overlooked area in LOI’s and Proposals. Learn the 7 key attributes of successful governance—from daily operations to board of directors. Learn how to present what foundations are looking for to fund you.

  • 8. Risk management

    Foundations are in the business of giving—but also managing risk. They have specific things that they look for in reviewing your Proposals. The lower the risk and the greater the impact, the greater likelihood for funding. Learn how to assess risk in your organization, or programs, how to manage risk, and present a low risk opportunity for foundations.

    How do you handle your human resources? What policies do you have in place. We’ll outline the key personnel policies that your organization needs to present a successful story.
